Ready for some relief?
I got an email today from Zero Waste Cartel (https://zerowastecartel.com) with the subject line "Lead with Love." The writer recognizes that much of the world is feeling a lot of anxiety. Also, many people are isolating themselves and going a little stir crazy.
This email went on to emphasize the need to maintain both physical and mental health during this crisis. They included a link to a list of ideas. Here it is: https://zerowastecartel.com/blogs/news/social-distancing?utm_campaign=PSA%20-%202%20with%20links%20-%20-%20List%20blast%20%28QvZqCF%29&utm_medium=email&utm_source=ALL&_ke=eyJrbF9lbWFpbCI6ICJzYXJhaC5zY2huZWlkZXJtYW5AZ21haWwuY29tIiwgImtsX2NvbXBhbnlfaWQiOiAiUXEzanN4In0%3D
I have a few additional suggestions:
For meditation, I like Meditation Made Simple, Insight Timer, and Rain Rain. All three apps are available for iPhones and Androids.
For games (or play), check out Lunch Doodles with Mo Willems!
If you miss seeing your friends and family, a ton of technology solutions exist: FaceTime, WhatsApp Video Calling, Google Hangout, Zoom, Free Conference Call (yeah, it has a free video call feature.) Here's a link to a video about video conferencing from Beth Z., My Nerdy BFF.
Let me know what other ideas you have to keep yourself and your family sane.
Meanwhile, here are some pictures I took of fish recently.
