Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Artwork must be in its' original condition.
To return an item, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, the shipping address, and a prepaid shipping label. After receiving these items, place the artwork securely in its original packaging.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipment processing time
Please allow two to three business days for order processing. I do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipments may be delayed by a few days if I am experiencing high sales volumes. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, the only shipping option is FedEx Ground. The delivery time is three to five days. If you are interested in a faster shipping option, please contact me at email@example.com with your preferred shipping methods so that I can inform you of the shipping fee(s).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
This shipping policy for sarahschneiderman.com pertains to addresses within the U.S. only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sarahschneiderman.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Sarahschneiderman.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
