Meditation in Orange on an Angelfish
During drawing mediation, I tore paper and then glued it back together while my eyes were closed. After about 20 minutes, I worked with my eyes open, adding the found objects without any intention of creating an image. When the finished piece was tipped, it looked like a fish. While it is not a particular fish, the body shape is somewhat reminiscent of the Angelfish (Holacanthus). I named this piece for the Angelfish, the process (mediation), and the predominant color.
